Welcome to the Rocky Point Fishing Stop web site.  Since our beginning over 30 years ago we have provided the public with fine hand crafted fishing rods of all kinds, unique custom tackle, and friendly service.

 

    Originally known as the "Surf Fisherman's Home away from Home" here on Long Island, NY, we have progressed to a full line bait and tackle store providing helpful information and supplies to the Steelhead fly fisher on the Salmon river, the Tarpon, Snook, and Red fisherman in the Keys, as well as the Surf Caster from Cape Cod to Cape Hatteras. If it swims someone on our staff has caught it!
